Carmine, these buy-out news are supposed to be extremely confidential information. Once it's decided apon, ALL investors should be informed at once (usually after market close) thro' formal news release. Nothing like what we see these days where obviously some individuals know much more than most of us and drip-feed the info to us. Don't be so childish, they are all out there to make a buck, they do everything calculatedly and nothing is so innocence ! When I said 'she', of course it's not only 'she', she respresents CNBC.
