New 52 week low! 7,000 shares just traded at $0.40 CDN. To add to the good news Peak said the audit was supposed to be finished last Monday so we could proceed to the bulletin board. Now the new line coming from Doug is that the audit will BEGIN next Monday and will take 6 weeks or more then, if all is okay, we will submit that to the NASD and then maybe they will allow us on the bulletin board. With the holidays coming up I think we are realistically looking at February at best. On top of that, though I have not confirmed this yet because I cannot get a straight answer from Peak, it appears we will NOT meet the criteria to get the second phase of financing from Elliott Associates as detailed in this press release: peak-media.com Once again I do not have solid information on this and I may be wrong so please contact Peak and try to find out: 1-888-377-PEAK And finally, I have not sold my shares. I tried last week and the Bid went from $0.70 to $0.50 CDN. So I pulled the order. Someone is definitely dumping small amounts. Peak's homepage says NetMagnet will be out before Dec. 7 for download. Let's see if they can meet this deadline. More interesting info to come soon...
