Not a bad day so far, eh?

I don't know if this has been posted or not, but 3Dfx was picked as a finalist for the PC Magazine Technical Excellence award in components this month. Intel's MMX technology was the winner. Cyrix's MediaGX processor was the other finalist. I'm a little biased, but I think 3Dfx is a much bigger technilogical achievement :-)
