Jim, thanks for the response. I am not trying to build an adversarial relationship here, I just wanted to know where you are coming from. I blame no one but myself for my STOOPID decisions. I did not take the time to get a tape of the annual meeting because I was there and left very disheatened. The thing that was on everyones mind, the refinancing to remove the "going concern" opinion, was saved til the end and then glossed over in very general terms. Even you have to admit that Dwight has been right in the past. If we had sold at $4 as he recommended we would all be better off. RS
