This just in from another investor. I had the information this
morning, but was sitting on it. (As those on the LIST know already.)

Riley,

I just spoke with the company, they expect the $10,000,000.00 to be wired today
and the merger to be completed today. I would expect an announcement soon.
I was also told:

1) They expect to begin construction of the new water facility as soon as
the money is Received. The plans and everything are all in place.

2) They expect to put half of the money into the Dominican Republic manufacturing
facility to advance the clothing line.

3) Financials will be out before the first of the month.

There were a lot of things happening in August. My personal opinion is that
Riley helped to sell people on this stock. But I think a lot of smart
people sold out while you all were buying. Just a personal opinion.

PS. If the 10 million dollars is in the bank today, Please don't release
