The preliminary proxy names two new nominees for director positions, Rick Schleufer of Indenet (INDE) a televison programming automation company, and Judith Draper of Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC) where she is Director of Year 2000 Operations and leads their Federal Government Y2K Center. According to the proxy directors are paid in stock options not cash, knowledgeable industry participants serving on the board is an affirmation of Topro's future value. Dan
