Interesting. I get the Timer Digest updates where I've been listed in the top 10 all year but not Harding... and they reported Sy issued a sell signal on April 19, which would be a day before the Saturday unfavorable period opened, and he is bearish on stocks. So are his public articles saying the indicators are bullish but he's out of the market?
