that is why I wrote the article and circled the negative reading... anyway, I think ANY system such as Harding's benefited greatly the past 13 years because we had two major bear markets. He could vastly under perform if the market makes up for a decade of churning... especially if it happens all at once such as between now and his "Favorable Season."
