Ashburton Ventures (ABR-V) acquires Zetu claims www.ashburtonventures.com May 2nd, 2013 - News Release Ashburton Ventures Inc. has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in mineral tenures adjacent to Colorado Resources Ltd.'s North Rok property located near Iskut, B.C. Colorado Resources recently announced a drill hole intercept of 333 metres (from two metres to 335 m) averaging 0.5 per cent copper and 0.67 gram per tonne gold (see Colorado Resources news release dated April 25, 2013). Mineralization on the Rok property occurs in porphyry-style altered monzonite and volcanic rocks, and similar lithologies occur on the Zetu claims (B.C. Minfile Report 21760, 1992). The claims total approximately 1,200 hectares, with historic reports indicating that roads crossed the acquired ground. With several areas of mapped monzonite in contact with andesitic rocks, the acquired ground has good initial geologic targets for exploration work. The acquisition was made by paying staking costs to a third party staker. The technical contents of this release were approved by Dr. Tom McCandless, PGeo, director of Ashburton and qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101. The property has not been the subject of a National Instrument 43-101 report, and Dr. McCandless has not verified the technical data disclosed in this release. We seek Safe Harbor.
