Help Please ETFs on the S&P ie UPRO AND SDS, 10 minutes before the market opens, they are already showing they are down or up significantly. When and where are the trades made to establish the Bid/Ask prices. The futures overnight signify the direction of the opening prices, so how can one make a trade in that direction up or down in line with how the ETF closed the previous day. Do ETFs trade in pre market trading? Thanks for any light you guys can shed Delfino
