Ken Armstrong – President and CEO
Ken Armstrong has over 18 years of experience in the exploration industry. Prior to becoming President and CEO of North Arrow, Ken was President and CEO of Strongbow. Prior to taking on a corporate management role, Ken worked as a geologist for a number of companies including Rio Tinto, Aber Resources (now Harry Winston Diamond Corporation) and Navigator Exploration. Mr. Armstrong also serves as Director of Bayswater Uranium Corporation. Mr. Armstrong is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario (1992) and Queen's University (1995) and is a registered Professional Geoscientist in the Province of Ontario.
Christopher Jennings – Director
Dr. Jennings brings to the board extensive experience in diamond, gold and base metal exploration and development throughout the world. Dr. Jennings was a Founder of SouthernEra Diamonds Inc., served as a consultant to Aber Resources and has held positions with numerous companies including International Corona Corp., BP Minerals (Canada) and Falconbridge Ltd.
Eira M. Thomas – Advisor
Extensive diamond exploration and development experience in Canada and Africa. Has served as an officer and/or director of Aber Resources Ltd. (now Dominion Diamond Corporation), Stornoway Diamond Corporation and Lucara Diamond Corp. and is currently CEO of Kaminak Gold Corporation and a director of Suncor.

North Arrow investor Zebra acquires 5.44 million shares

Zebra Holdings & Investments Sarl, a company controlled by a trust settled by the late Adolf H. Lundin, acquired ownership of 5,448,333 common shares of North Arrow Minerals Inc. on April 29, 2013, through a private placement. As a result of this acquisition, Zebra now owns 5,448,333 common shares representing approximately 19.86 per cent of the issued and outstanding capital of North Arrow Minerals.
