Not to sound like a broken record (OK, so I do...) and not that you implied otherwise, but open interest values do not change during the day. They are not available to anyone until they are calculated by the OCC at the end of the day. Any open interest figures you see in real-time or delayed quotes will always be yesterday's closing figures. (Good to know, though, all the places where you can get nice option tables!)
