I see what you mean.

Similarly, it was totally believable that Bloomberg would have gone on an expletive filled rant when he found that someone was trying to limit his intake of unhealthy food.

It was also totally believable when the dailycurrant suggested CNN ran a segment praising Jerry Sandusky.

And who would question that Sean Penn would praise Chavez and call G. Washington a loser?

And it is totally believable that Paul Krugman would apply his macroeconomic philosophies to his own finances.....and end up in personal bankruptcy (my personal favorite, BTW).

What it shows, more than anything else, is the bias that we bring to the table when reading the news, not any reality about the subjects of the satire.
