CLST will make their qtr on both revenues and earnings. There will be no $10mil charge for latin america receivables which was the latest rumor spread on Tuesday to move CLST lower. The 1st qtr of 1998 is looking great as more product is available from manufacturers to sell into the exploding china market. CLST is a strong buy in this area, the rumor game is over, this is no falling dagger. The company still thinks they can make $3 a share in 1998 which is 20% higher than current estimates. The pricing pressures seen at the manufacturers level (MOT, ERICY, NOKA) is good for CLST just like lower component costs are good for DELL. Stimulates demand. As I said before, the report questioning CLST accounting practices was an amateur piece of work and people like Mr. Pink are hanging their hat on it proclaiming it the gospel. As far as insider selling goes, this indicator has proven time after time that it means NOTHING. All you have here is a chairman who owns 50% of the company lightening his position by a scant 17% and a couple of VP's exercising some stock options and cashing in on a job well done. CLST is a strong buy here and the smart money is doing just that, buying.

Good Luck
