I called Brad but since he was not around and Floyd answered the phone, I talked with him!

I asked him about the settlement vs shares and he said (not verbatim but to the best of my memory) that they were going for the shares... but if for some reason they could not get the shares back and had to settle, it would be for an amount that would be sufficient for EUTO to buy back the shares in question on the open market and that is what EUTO would do...BUY back the shares on the open Market.

And besides, I love KNOWING that 50 million shares are out there and the HAVE to be bought back! Much more buying pressure!

I'm surprised more people aren't excited about this. This is very good news for EUTO - a re-statement of an important positive.
