i'm on my way to a mac and cheese cook off.
it was supposed to be on saturday, but i couldn't
make it, so jody changed the date to friday, and
then again to sunday, at which point i said, "do you
really want to do this jody?"
she said "no. i'll see you at the legion on saturday
instead - we're coming in for a burger".
meanwhile, i had all the ingredients for homemade
mac and cheese, so we invited a couple couples over
on friday for, guess what .....macaroni and cheese.
then, last night i'm helping in the kitchen at the legion
and jody comes in and sez, so, you coming to the mac
and cheese cookoff tomorrow, eh (sunday)?
WTF!!?!
so, i'm going to join the crowd for drinks. you can only
have so much macaroni and cheese.
i woulda won though. i'm just saying.
