I know this is considered "birther" by the Left. However...what is the status of a child born to US parents abroad? I know the answer to this one, since I have a daughter who was born at the SHAFE headquarters in Mons, Belgium while stationed there - which is not an American base and not US jurisdiction. (Strategic Headquarters Allied Forces Europe) She is a US citizen, as well as a Belgian citizen (dual citizenship). Not sure what our system says about "higher office" in that situation though. In other words, even if a child is not actually born in the US, but the parent is a US citizen, that child is considered one and given a birth certificate issued from the Consulate. We had to have this in order to travel back to the US later. She actually has 3 certificates. Consulate, US birth of child abroad, and Belgian. Thing is, if this is the case for Obama, then someone has forged a certificate from Hawaii. This has been pointed out before, as the original file presented as "proof" for Obama allows them to move text into and out of the page, as well as put it in different areas. This is not normal, and can not be done unless the image contains "layers", such as are common with Photoshop, and not an actual scanned copy of the original.

Just saying............
