You are totally wrong. And I can assure you that gun manufacturers are taking this matter damned seriously, and if they aren't they ought to be.

Now, this particular gun, we don't know whether it will hold up. But I suspect it will. And if it won't, future versions will.

Which is one of many reasons gun bans are just plain stupid.
