He was and is scum and he ruined a young woman's life so that he could enjoy his political career. I could give a crap if he had an affair with a woman who was mature and established (career-wise). People in power do it all of the time. But if you are the president of the USA, you do not have sex with your intern.

As far as your excuses, he said he didn't have sexual relations. Which "technically" he did. A BJ is a sexual relation. If she had only given him a handy, that would still be "sexual relations". Inserting a cigar tube in her is also sexual relations.
