BMC Software Inc. (BMC) you think this one gets sweetened a little before it goes thru -tiny premium. cash deal though. I realize it's been somewhat 'in play' for a while though.. either way about 2% return for a prob 6 month hold might be decent risk reward for someone like me anyway. ps ironically less to fall if no deal means one can become more aggresive for small % return on largish share count.
