No, I am stating the obvious that Bush hasn't been president for 4.5 years and he had Congress behind him. And Obama is the current president and it has been less than a year since he proved that he was either:
1. A coward who let four americans die because he couldn't make a decision, or
2. A Machiavelian scoundrel who willingly let four americans die to protect/further his political career.

Either way, Benghazi is a current event with postponed recognition due to a lapdog media that spiked the story so that their candidate would have a chance to be re-elected. And now it is time to pay the piper.
