Well, I'm not negative! I'm buying everything I can get my hands
on. This stock is extremely over-sold. The only reason the laptop
business is slowing a bit is because the OEMs are trying to clear
out the old stuff, while customers are holding off, waiting for
the new stuff (PentiumII mobile). I think SYSF is positioned very
well for the next wave of laptops. I also think that their 4th Q
could come in very nicely - not a blow-out, but well above the
expected numbers. Next year is going to be *good*. I will be very
surprised if at least 2-out-of-3 of the remaining "big boys" (IBM,
Compaq, and Gateway) are not fully onboard the SysWiz train by the
end of the year (calendar 1998).

One point I would like to make is that DELL has a complete view of
MSFT's plans down the road. They are very aware of what functionality
will be provided in future WinXX and NT X releases. The fact that
they have signed up for SysWiz across their product line, at this
point in time, tells me with certainty that MSFT is *NOT* going to
come in and smash the SysWiz business.
