LOL That's hilarious. The CIA would want to destabilize MX to eliminate it as an economic competitor? Wouldn't it be better to destabilize China and the EU? Or Brazil or India? Actually, a prosperous MX is IN America's interest. The more prosperous it is, the fewer illegals coming across the border. It would be fantastic if MX were like Canada. US trade policy has been aimed at trying to get MX to that level.
