Tom: I stated about a year ago that I had purchased First Aid and thought the program was such a piece of useless crap that I threw it in the garbage. Didn't even spend the time to return it because it was only about $30. The company promises the world with that product, and with the low price, gets a lot of people to buy. But could the tide have finally turned and are people catching on that this kind of software is useless and a big waste of time? Doug
