At this point, it is only the small business sites (like mine) who care. For us, it is going to be a sales tax filling nightmare, and a couple of our smaller sites that generate only a few thousand a month in sales will likely just shut down over it.

Even Amazon is support the tax at this point, since it has to collect tax in so many jurisdictions now. But small companies are killed by it.

The odd thing to me is it raises a small amount of state revenue (they estimated 24B, and I suspect that's before they consider use taxes, which would reduce the take further). By the time you consider the cost of compliance, I doubt it will yield a nickel.
