Kevin, I agree with David. In Illinois (20 yrs ago for me) this ticket would have been thrown out of court. Same now in CA. The key with the new ticket, as David pointed out, is if the officer who cited you originally is the one who issued the new citation. If not, you should be home free. Also, if you go to court, and the officer isn't present, you should be off the hook. I think I'm preaching to the choir on this one though <<<ggg>>> Now you can put this money to good use - put another keg in your fridge, OK?
