| Well, I won't pretend I read the whole document, because I most certainly didn't. It was simply too skull-numbingly tedious to read in its entirety. I think I read enough to figure out that the DIP gets the whole show, including the Titan, the UK, the Netherlands, Israel, two coffee machines and a worn-out Volvo, but doesn't get Gomez, which they appear to have rejected, presumably because it's losing money and now shut-in, and they reserve the right to reject any other piece of junk they don't like up to two days before closing. I don't know about the frivolous BP lawsuit, but it does't matter because it won't amount to a pile of peanuts anyway. |
