I am also trying to investigate the Access America company to whom Araldica paid 2,000,000 shares for TV advertising which has yet to materialize. Does anyone know of ANY other promotions that Access America has EVER been involved in? What informercials has Access America ever produced? Who owns Access America? Why Access America? Where will Access America get the $CASH$ it would need to pay for TV time in New York City or anywhere else? For $5 million in advertising as Araldica claims, Access America would have to put up a huge sum of $CASH$. This can't happen unless Access America has a large bank account. Why would Araldica give away all these shares if it hasn't even gotten the necessary legal permission to sell its wine to a large market? These are all legitimate concerns. I don't think calling for certs will answer any of these questions.
