We need to stop labeling as heroes people who have done something remarkable, but who did not reach within themselves to risk their own well being in the service of others. Diluting such meaningful terms somehow lessens us as a people.

The problem with people like Simplicity is that they like to judge.........as she does in the comments up above. She doesn't know what Amanda Berry is like; she doesn't know what it took for Berry to take the risk and try to escape; and she seems unwilling to acknowledge that Berry's courage benefited the other two women. Apparently, Simplicity doesn't seem to care that people who have lived as virtual slaves for 10 years may not have the same fortitude, strengths and abilities as people who have been free all that time.

While Simplicity has a number of unpleasant traits.............I think of her as Coulter lite........her willingness to judge definitely contributes to her troll like behavior on this thread.
