i know what you mean about our temperatures .... jumping for joy when its in the mid fifties to sixties. it's wonderful for us, but others think we are nuts :) it was a great day here today and i went for a bike ride too. not too far - maybe ten or eleven km round trip. it felt good. my plan is to work up slowly to longer distances and that will be easy because it is relatively flat where i travel. there is a school of thought that advocates pushing yourself away from the table when you are 80 percent full. i find that very difficult to do.
