DLR. I bought more. I've looked at the 10K, and have no worries. The have good assets and long term leases. The barriers to entry are significant, so the short seller is off the mark. And demand is not going down. There may be an issue with amazon and others building super sized cloud data centers, but DLR's leases are solid and it is very expensive for tenants to move.

i.e. Facebook's lease runs 65 more months, Yahoo is 58 months, Amazon is 97 months. Top 20 tenants are < 50% of rent and wgt ave remaining lease is 83 months. Yahoo is 1.0% of rent, Amazon is 1.4%, FB is 3%.
