Roman Gelis who wrote 3144, you make very good points, the dip lenders wil not be able to steal Atp, they know that. They have stirred up a behive, thats why they could/nt have the 6hr hearing today,too many pissed off partys to this,to many law suits will come without every one being treated fairly, being treated fairly is only possible because there are many assets that are now being undervalued.We need a re-evaluation of all assets, the judge will be pressed to do this. The Oil is Flowing.
