100 shareholders. Again, Koski? Cereghino? Virtually no float + virtually no shareholders = extreme volatility => traders paradise. Another company which apparently places no value [or simply does not understand through lack of experience] on its investor/financial relations strategy/division. We have always maintained that this is as critical a component to the managment team and Company's growth strategy as manufacturing, r&d... Any CFO of a publicly-held company simply requires substantial background/accomplishments as a publicly-held growth stock strategist with documentable evidence of a superior track record of maximizing shareholder value(.) In fact, r&d, acquisition strategies, competitive advantages, manufacturing et al are completely dependant upon this unequivocal and indisputable fact.
