Kevin,

You should not get a new ticket if the original citation has errors in so many places.

In some towns in Texas if the ticket is issued with wrong date, wrong location and wrong citation, it is nullified and no new ticket issued.

We had one like that several years ago. But they didn't bother to tell us it is nullified. When my husband went to the court, he was informed then the ticket is voided. end of case.
