Boehner sucks in negotiations You don't get it. Boehner knows exactly what he is doing. Anything short of a fully independent committee with full subpoena power that will call all the willing and unwilling characters to testify under oath and be grilled by that ex DA South Carolina Congressman will lead NO WHERE. Boehner can make this happen. He will not.
