Huh? You must not have been listening to the same hearing as the reporter for Law 360. He reported at 7:06 p.m. ET this evening (May 9) that Judge Isgur has delayed his review of the $691 million sale to CS. Judge Isgur will review the sale at a hearing on May 23, the delay coming as a result the numerous objections filed by creditors. The fat lady hasn't yodeled yet.
