I may not be very smart, and I may know bk law the way most seem to here (atleast in own minds), but I wish you had not refererenced the Ihub board. What a bunch of nonsense. Worrying about the second lien in an asset sale, like liabilities are involved. Folks don't know difference between sales of assets vs. equity stakes. Furtermore, I cannot be arsed to look but I presume a doubling in stock came on very low $ volume but in any case debt transactions always smarter than equity guys.
