It is disconcerting to think that TMSR insiders are particularly effective at protecting themselves viz a viz 'classifed board' 'preferred stock' implications yet apparently are not as effective with their financial/investor relations. It tends to make a shareholder wonder what TMSRs priorities are. TMSR management could mitigate said shareholder confusion by simply timely issuing a projected Q4/Future Outlook press release which also specifically addressed said shareholder concerns. [They may have to wait until after the pending secondary (quiet period) but should immediately thereafter, in our opinion]
