1) Telstar 6 & 7 in 2nd half 1998. I am not sure of original launch dates, but I believe they were about 6 months later.

2)Not profitable in 1998(around a .50/share loss actually). There may be a small profit in 1999(.29/share). These are very conservative estimates that do not include "value added services" or another possible acquisition(I think another acquisition is both a necessity and a certainty).

3) Only thing heard about acquisitions is that they will always be looking.

4)I don't believe Mr. Schwartz is too worried about analyst attention/upgrades, but perhaps he is--I wouldn't know. Most analysts don't have a clue what the company is about anyway. With earnings so far out in the future, an analyst will be hard pressed to make any type of binding recommendation. There is safety in saying "hold," especially if there is a launch failure or delay. I think there will have to be some more visibility on earnings and successful launches before you get Wall Street to pay much attention.

5) Cyberstar will begin service in 1997 using Telstar transponders.
There was no mention of any internet partner.
