TC there is a pattern of shirking duty. Golfing on business days, excessive vacations, excessive Hollywood parties at the WH, excessive campaigning for others and not much of any work going on whatsover. He leaves it all up to others to do and he goofs off the rest of the time. His mother had him right, as he himself describes in his own book as somebody that is a loafer and lazy.
