It IS a warm spring in most of the world. It just happens to be a "cool" in parts of the United States (where you xenophobic belly button starers fixate your attention exclusively on).

re. weather, again you need education on what drives weather in the long term. But, you being a willfully ignorant one, who's against science education, will never learn.
