Pete, do you believe in magic???

Bloomberg Dec5 14:43EST

Comment from Brian Wesbury, chief economist at Griffin, Kubik,
Stephens & Thompson in Chicago, on government report showing
US unemployment declined in November to a 24-year low of 4.6
percent as the economy added a larger-than-expected 404,000
jobs:

"The US economy is in a magical position. Growth remains strong,
while every major indicator of inflation remains benign. The only way
to comprehend these two developments is to believe in the information
revolution. Like the industrial revolution of the late 1800's and early 1900's, the US economy can grow strongly while disinflation
and possibly even deflation occur."

Yeah, right, the only explanation...or not?
