john, i saw this co. on my radar and almost got in @ 4+. look at it now! i have no clue what has DESTROYED this co. must be many po'd shareholders. i think there is probably some type of fraud here. if you're in the stock, i'd call the underwriter and see what their story is. i've talked to the company. sounded like good ol' boys, "don't have ANY idea what is going on with stock. check out WBC. i talked w/co. when stock was at 4. "just a product pricing issue", and in response to my query about a solvency issue,"absolutely not". moral of story, BE CAREFUL!
