re: "this is water" i did enjoy that. basically, all he was saying was find new and creative ways to perceive your day. i read a book based upon a similar concept back in the 80's "Playful Perception: Choosing How to Experience Your World" there's a pretty fair review here: cye.colorado.edu as far as advice for young graduates, a couple of weeks ago i ran across something that was popular in the 60's. now that i'm in MY 60's, it still seems like sound advice for meeting and living in our "too human - too rushed - too small minded" world. desiderata.com then again, there's the mister rodgers and the neil degrasse tyson approaches: <snaps his fingers on both hands, grins wildly, and says> didja feel like going like that?
