It think someone mentioned a while back that the recent volume of activity in this stock is a result of converting shares that were issued as a result of the debt settlement. Does this mean, those who received shares under the settlement are now selling those shares and at these low prices? Why? or is the market reflecting the registering the transfer of those shares to the former debt holders?

I'm trying to understand why they (the former debt holders) would want to dump so many shares at today's prices and drive the price down even further. Seems to be a self-defeating game. Why wouldn't they sell them more slowly and try to get better prices by not making so many shares available? Unless they think the company is going to tank in the near future.
