Does it sound as though he is discussing something seriously? Ort/just making a "joke"???


I called my kids rug rats, but I wouldn't run them through mazes or try new cancer drugs on them. Having said all that. What conclusion have you drawn? Are you advocating a cooked brain standard? Mine was cooked in the seventies, but that's another topic.
