I agree with everything you are saying except whether spx is tired. It seems quite vibrant to me today. But it is one day. Look at TSLA - what looked vibrant in the beginning of the day led to a sell off. SPX - might be harder to do that to it. From a low of 1625, spx has moved 20 points in less than 16 hours of trading. That is pretty fast.
