Farris, I'm just waiting like everyone else. I can't believe that Herb will screw himself since he owns so many shares. My guess is that it's just taking longer to process paperwork than expected. Diversification minimizes concern, I highly recommend it. IMO, the stock will either be $3 or $0, place your bet.
