| Bp lawsuit still pending,Atp will get some sort of settlement, if it is large, say 1 to 2 billion, that would make these so called worthless shares,.. move into the 20 dollar range ,most people dislike what Bp did to the gulf,it just needs to get to a jury.I think it would be a quick settlement,Bp has deep pockets,it would be smart to get this out of the way for them.Once this lawsuit gets underway the shares will begin to move up.So why sell now, hold or buy more. Better than a loto ticket,but i did buy some of those today,There is lot of things going on behind the scenes, if i thought this was a dead horse i would be the first to move on.People on this board are scared to death of shares being canceled at .07ctswhat the heck,. shares can also be ressurected, say if bp suit takes way to longbut a good outcome,and by classaction lawsuits which i know will come.Class can take yrs, to run thier course but there is usually a money settlement.I bought a bankrupt stock in 2004 touch america holdings i got a settlement check in April for 23,000 dollars it took, 9yrs my broker, Ubs had told me they were worthless back in 07 he wanted me to write the shares off but i said no, leave them in my account he thought i was crazy for buying these shares .05cents 81, 000 shares,i bought this co. because it had many assets. This is just one example of over30yrs of trading in so called worthless stocks. |
