elk: Called Helen West for info on the upcoming Shareholders Meeting. She was busy on the phone so left a message for her to post here the plan or the lack thereof, or call me. Will wait and see. Had another thought today for all those that feel threatened by all the "competition". Unless there is an alliance and/or contract for reliable carrier (fiber), businesses will never subscribe to the likes of vocaltech, IDTC because of the fact that older internet is not reliable enough. (Down some of the time for "long" periods). Frank has a phenominal handle on where this company is going. Jim G
